• Proof of residential address issued within the past three months
• Proof of ownership for any payment method used (e.g., screenshot of e-wallet account in your name)
• Any other documentation deemed necessary to verify identity, age, or the source of funds

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. JomJudi88 will never request your password through any channel. You must notify us immediately upon discovering any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. JomJudi88 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security.

4.3 One Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. 6.1 Accepted Payment Methods

6.2 Deposit Terms

• Bonuses are granted at the sole discretion of JomJudi88 and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.
• Unless otherwise specified, all Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "Wagering Requirement") before any winings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.

• Claiming multiple accounts to obtain bonus offers constitutes fraud and will result in account termination.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the JomJudi88 platform. Detection of any such conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in referal to appropriate authorities:

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false information during registration or KYC, or using forged documentation.
• Multi-Accounting: Creating or operating more than one Account, whether personally or through third parties.
• Collusion: Collaborating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly poker or live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Systems: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated betting systems without prior written authorisation.
• Bonus Abuse: Exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine entertainment use, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage across accounts, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics.
• Money Laundering: Using the Platform to process, conceal, or convert funds derived from illegal activity. JomJudi88 is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and will report suspected activity to relevant authorities.
• Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals with your bank or e-wallet provider in bad faith while retaining winings derived from those funds.

You are granted a limited licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. JomJudi88's total aggregate liability to any Player, regardless of the nature of the claim, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit JomJudi88's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking emergency injunctive or interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending the outcome of formal dispute resolution proceedings.
